ClickBank: Ready Made Review Sites

Well, this beats outsourcing hands down in terms of
ease and speed to market.

ClickBank Ready Made Review Sites provides on
a monthly basis a review website for three top
selling ClickBank products.

The website provides a detailed review of each
ClickBank product with ratings together with an
opt-in box for your related newsletter. There is also
an option to incorporate video reviews in the site
and these are provided at a small extra monthly cost.

The reviews are professionally written and the website
is supported by a series of articles, email responder
messages (e-course), keywords list and blog list
(for adding comments). There are also professionally
written PPC ads provided with each review.

Each review site template also includes a page listing
20 top ClickBank internet marketing products and
articles related to the focus of the site.

Here's an example of a site I built with this program:
http://www.squidooaffiliatemarketing.com/howtoblog

You can see that the ClickBank Ready Made Review Sites
come with professionally designed headers, graphics and
website layout. The websites are optimized for the search
engines.

An added benefit is the auto-uploading tool which
loads your review site to your website with the
click of a button.

You can integrate these review sites with Squidoo affiliate
marketing by using the articles for Squidoo lenses,
providing sign-up options for the newsletter, and
incorporating the graphics.

If you utilise the ClickBank Review Sites in association
with the One Week Marketing Plan, you have a
complete marketing system.

The One Week Affiliate Marketing Plan was developed
by Giant Squid, PotPieGirl, and provides a unique
approach to marketing affiliate products on Squidoo.

I'm finding that the combination of the two approaches
with the content provided by the Ready Made Review
Sites provides a powerful marketing approach that can
be developed quickly and easily.

Program.

[Caveat: Ready Made Review Sites assumes you have
some knowledge of FTP and autoresponders]

Squidoo: Improve lensrank with regular updating

Squidoo does not disclose directly their formula for

determining Lensrank. However, they do provide

advice on what constitutes a quality lens.

Also, you can identify the factors that influence the lensrank

of a Squidoo lens by watching closely the performance of

your lenses after you have taken various actions. You can

determine what has a positive influence on lensrank.

I have found that one of the most consistently positive

influences has been regular updating and, more specifically,

daily updating.

Daily updating can be a real challenge, particularly for

a lengthy lens. Here are some strategies that make daily

updating manageable:

1. add to, or change, your tags (you have up to 40, but keep

them tightly focused)

2. create a “hint of the day/week” module which you

update

3. add a featured lens module for your own lenses and

change the lenses featured on a regular/daily basis

4. add a featured lens module for lenses of other Squidoo

Lensmasters who cover a similar topic (you can build

a list elsewhere and use that to update your featured

lens module, or take them from your “favourites”)

5. add a links list module for relevant links and regularly

add to, or refine, this module

6. add a Plexo list module and invite your readers

to add lenses that are relevant to your theme and

to vote for the best lens

(you can determine which ones get accepted)

7. check your headings, text and images – make regular

changes to refine your lens presentation.

Make sure you publish your lens when you have made

a change, otherwise your lens will not be recognized as

updated.

Regular, even daily, updating will improve your

Lensrank and your position on Google results. I am

also very confident that it contributes positively

to the Page Rank of your Squidoo lens.

Both Squidoo and Google value focused, regularly

updated content – it’s what ultimately determines

the usefulness of search engines.

Squidoo: Animoto for fun and traffic

Have you got heaps of digital photos in your camera or
on your computer? Or are you storing boxes or albums
of photos from your trips, holidays or family events?

Well, Animoto now provides a way to have fun
and create traffic for your Squidoo lenses.

The video above was created from photos I took on
a rainforest walk in Brisbane. Animoto
is a superb, easy-to-use technology that can convert
your photos into animated musical videos (now with
text as well). The program uses the latest in
cinematology technology to create your personalized
video.

The program offers a free option or a paid option.
The paid option enables you to produce as many videos
as you choose with no limitation on length (free ones
are limited to 30 seconds). You can also access
the music library with the paid version which is
currently a one-time payment of $30 (or $25
if you join through one of the links on this post
or on my Animoto lens).

The technology is so simple, here's the steps:

1. upload your photos to Animoto
2. add music with a push of a button
3. add text (where desired)
4. press the button and, bingo, a new video

If you don't like the way the animated musical
video comes out, just press the create button again
for a different video.

Then with a press of a button you can upload
your Animoto video to YouTube. The secret is to link
your new video to an appropriate lens when
you upload it to the various video sites
- and you
automatically tap into the current video traffic
explosion. This then becomes a source of viral traffic
as people start sharing your videos across the
social networks.

You can see more detail of how Animoto works
by visiting my Animoto lens where I have more
of my videos:

New Animoto Widget for Squidoo

Squidoo has now joined forces with Animoto to create
a widget that enables you to embed your Animoto
videos in your lenses. Chef Keem, Giant Squid and
Squid Angel, shows you how to add your Animoto video
to your Squidoo lens:
http://www.squidoo.com/add-animoto-video

Animoto Affiliate Program

Animoto has a unique affiliate program. Members who
join through your link, receive a $5 discount on the
annual paid membership fee. As an affiliate, you receive
3 months paid membership free for each person you recruit
to Animoto who takes out a paid membership. For instance,
I paid once in April 2008 but now have a paid
membership to April 2010 because of my paid referrals.

One Week Marketing: affiliate marketing on Squidoo

Well I am having success with PotPieGirl's campaign approach
to Squidoo affiliate marketing.

What I appreciate is the detailed marketing plan which can serve
as an initial guide but also as a reference document for later
review.

It's good to have examples, a mind map to see how it all fits together
and a action guide that helps me keep track of what I have done.

The checklist is also very useful.

I think the transcript of the coaching of a newbie through the process
is great for people starting out with Squidoo or the
One Week Marketing Method.

I wish I had this type of assistance earlier in my online marketing
career. The explanations are so clear and there is encouragement all
the way.

This is a great investment because it is easy to recoup your outlay
and at the same time build a foundation for a potentially substantial
income.

Like anything online, it depends on your willingness to go the extra
mile, follow instructions and stay focused. The roadmap is there,
along with proof of the "pot of gold" at the end.

I strongly recommend this resource for newbies and advanced
internet marketers alike - I know I have learned a lot through
the One Week Marketing Action Plan and continue to use it
as a guide for campaign affiliate marketing on Squidoo.

Here's the One Week Marketing link again:

Pay Per Click:: Top 10 Tips For A Quality Squidoo Landing Page

After viewing Amit's videos, I decided
to create some PPC ads using a Squidoo
lens as a landing page.

The ad with the Squidoo landing page
appeared on the first page of Google
results for 13 of the 15 keywords.

The results for a number of the keywords included listings in
the first position. Often the ads were in the first three positions.

As a result of this experiment, I have developed a number of
ways of increasing the quality of Squidoo PPC landing pages.

The strategies are explained in the following article:
The Top 10 Tips For A Quality Squidoo Landing Page

What I also learned:
1. Under Google AdWords new rules, even if you bid below
the first page "bid estimate", your PPC ads can appear
on the first page of Google results. Previously, your
keyword would be treated as "inactive".

2. Google AdWords appear to rotate the display of PPC
ads. So on the first search, your ad may appear in the
no.1 position, while on the second search, your ad could
be in position 3.

Product of the Week

The PPC Classroom through Amit Mehta has produced
a great new, FREE report that explains the one critical
secret to PPC success:
Three Critical Mistakes You're Probably Making

This report explains why 98% of affiliate marketers fail
with PPC and affiliate marketing.

I know I have read the report and watched the available
videos and taken copious notes so that I can put these
strategies into practice. It's surprising how much Amit
reveals of his secret PPC approach.
